ESA-ESG Fund LP (“The Fund”) is a Guernsey Limited Partnership registered under the Limited Partnerships (Guernsey) Law, 1995, Registration Number 3382.
The Fund will be a Private Investment Fund under the Guernsey Private Investment Fund Rules 2016. Limited to 50 legal or natural persons as Investors.
The General Partner intends to seek the listing of the limited partnership interests on The International Stock Exchange (“TISE”), on the TISE GREEN segment.
